Well well.....

Here it is! My beautiful new Workspace.

I am completely obsessed with it and is definitely motivation to get work done. Here are a few things that I think will help you get motivated, as well as inspired.

ello! I am heading back to Florence soon. Just for a few days. I'll be back in Birmingham for the Thanksgiving Holiday on Wednesday and I cant W A I  T! I am so so sooo ready to spend time with the people that mean more to me than anything. 

This wedding weekend was so great because I did get extra time with family that I dont get to see that much. It was wonderful. 

I am blessed enough today to happily say that I added a new addition to my design & blogging team :) A new beautiful iMac.

So, naturally I am scheming ways to make it sit in a space that is as inspiring as possible. 

Here are a few spaces of inspiration.

I love the wood planks in this space. It's wonderful!!!

This space I love the lights streaming down in the back as well as the art displayed on the wall. Also in my new workspace, I DO NOT want my back facing the door. I cant stand sitting with my back to the door. BAD BAD Feng Shui! Actually I think any electronic device is technically bad Feng Shui in a bedroom ;)

I am OBSESSED with the wire legs! I want want want!!!!

As far as my workspace, I want this to be in my room. My room is a tiny space, but I've really made the room appear very large. I am hoping that the plan in my head works out and my room might even look larger after adding a few more things to is. It's all about the layout and floor plans of a space. There is always a way to get the maximum use out of a space. It just takes some patience and a lot of thought process. Wedding Day!

Hey Hey! Well it's the big day for my life long Best Friend Lyssa Lou {Alyssa}. 

Alyssa and I are cousins. We are six months apart and since neither of us ever had a sister, we are so much more than just cousins. She really is like my sister. Before we actually had to grow-up, we were absolutely inseparable.

I am SO excited about her getting married to the guy of her dreams, Eric. Eric is a sweetie and I've a l w a y s loved him for Alyssa.

Secret Shoe Obsessions

On Wednesdays I usually share something creative and typically its a recipe. This week however, I am going to be moving the share for tomorrow. I just couldn't hold off on these beauties....

All of these are absolutely wonderful. {p.s. both of the booties have a secret wedge hidden inside of the boot}

In the winter is when I really get shoe hungry.

I guess because my tiny feet stay super cold in the winter. Thats the only thing I can come up with. Or maybe I just like shoes a whole whole lot.

My nanny has the same problem...so I'll say its genetics.

I am SO glad its Wednesday.

I have a FUN. SUPER INSANELY BUSY weekend ahead. Engagement Shoot with Frannie Mae & Brent. Then its off to Bham for the Bridesmaids Luncheon for Lyssa Lous wedding. Weddings weddings weddings...everyyyyywherrreeeee. 

and then Sunday, sad to be missing my epic family unfortunately I have inventory but will DEFINITELY be going to the decatur service!!

Layer Weather

Hi hi!

This time of year can be pretty tricky to get dressed for. You can't dress too warm or you will end up sweating to death {not the most chic look} however, if you dont dress warm enough you end up freezing all day!

Here's how to solve that problem....LAYERS!!!!

Favorite Things

Hey There! First of all, I hope all of you are having an amazing week. Mine has been good. It might be asking too much, but I wish I would pick up pace a little bit more. I have some awesome visitors coming this weekend!

I have a few things that I am L O V I N G this week, so I wanted to share.

They are 

My new Beanie. One of my Favorite parts about cooler weather. Oh and scarves of course, but I wear those year around.

I've been LOVING red lips lately and my brown hair is growing. Still wish it would speed up a tad bit more. But, I will definitely take what I can get. 

I've REALLY been enjoying my Monday lunches. Hanging with Justin & Paul {andsometimesWill} for an hour on Monday's really gets me through the rest of the work day. Love these guys to pieces. This past Monday we went to Bunyan's and it was the attack of the killer Bees. Oh, AND we saw Randy Jackson! It was a fun lunch time.

Well...seeing that is 7:06 and I haven't even started getting dressed for work, I better dash. Be back soon.

I've been reading a whole lot lately.

AND the best thing about that is I've been more motivated and inspired than I have been since I moved here. I don't know why it has taken me so long to get back into my creative thinking and being. Where have I been over the last year. 

I've always thought I was pretty good at change and getting in the groove of new things, but over the past year I have had a hard time. I haven't been able to put my finger on exactly what has been in my way and I don't know that I ever will know. But what I do know is that personally, I have come to the very end of this rope and I'm letting it go. I'm over being complacent. I'm over being average. I'm over thinking inside of this box of normality. I'm getting back to the heart and soul of everything I have ever worked so hard for. 

What have you worked hard for? What are you awesome at? Is something standing in your way of being the best at what you do? Is it doubt? Is it certain relationships? Is it your current job? If so, join me in demolishing it. Get rid of it and do what you were created to do. I don't know about you, but I don't want to wake up when I am 50 and say what if I would have... I don't want to be that person. So I refuse to be.

Sleep on this, and wake up tomorrow with DRIVE. MOTIVATION. and PASSION to live the life you've always wanted.

The life you desire is absolutely doable. believe and know you can make it happen.
