HAPPY IRON BOWL DAY.

I'm pretty afraid that my team is going to LOSE today.

So last night was fun. We all went to see John & Jacob and as always, its such a fun time.  Those guys are so entertaining. I got to spend the fun night with some of my favorite people. My Family! Also, my two close friends Melissa & Chris came along too!! It was fun!

After the show I stayed downtown for way too long with Melissa & Chris just catching up and chatting about life. We went to JClyde and Chris got the BEST BROWNIE ever! OMG

Sure wish I would have snagged a photo. 

Well friends, I am off to get some serious SERIOUS work knocked out so I can spend hopefully some of my Saturday just hanging out.

Alabama Theater • Kacey • Sunday

Last night I saw ^^^These weirdos with some of my favorite people.

Kacey was SO much fun. Seriously!!!

My favorite part was the awesomely ridiculously C U T E Cacti on the stage 

and Kacey's sense of humor. 

I love the running theme in a lot of her songs. The basic message being that you aren't going to please everyone. So, stop trying, do what makes you happy, and like her song Biscuit says, "...Life will be gravy."

John & Jacob opened for her, but I was late soooo...yeah!

I saw only three songs. Boo! I was bummed out we missed most of their set, but at least we did catch a few songs.

We had a whole lot of fun. Well...except for the fact that we were late, AND I had the worst Migraine on the face of the planet. The worst <<< and that's no exaggeration. You know I have a really REALLY high pain tolerance, so If I am complaining about it, its REAL LIFE. Why can't those stupid things happen when I am siting at home working, rather than while I am actually out trying to have a little fun time? Oh well. By the way, my Migraine is gone now, thank the Good Lord!

I L O V E D Lyssa Lou getting to meet my friends and getting to hang with us! I **think** she had fun. haha Who knows. 

Today is C H U R C H day. By the way, if any of my Epic friends are reading this, I miss the heck out of you all! This afternoon at Christway is the Women's Fall Thingy {sorry I don't really know what its called, don't kill me Mrs. Cari} I am pretty excited about it! Mrs. Cari is such a great speaker and I can't wait to hear her!

It's been a Good Good Weekend. There has been only one thing missing...

Christmas FUN!

This Christmas was great! I had such a great time. I always LOVE being home.

When I got home I spent time with the family. We just finished wrapping a few things…I think? The whole holiday actually just seems like a quick blur. 

Christmas Eve Eve, I always spend the night with my Nanny & Paw Paw and the other girls too. Christmas Eve day I woke up early helped with cooking a little then we all had breakfast together. This is my Mommas side of the fam. So we had breakfast and then opened gifts. We spend the entire day over with them. It's so fun. I love it. 

We have matching PJs every year. I will never ever be too old for matching PJs with my baby sisters and they won't be either! Their the BEST and I love them more than they will ever know. 

Cooper was a sweetie…well at least for a little bit while I held him. He was cuddling cuddling cuddling and I loved it! 

My nanny & pawpaw always get us so much, not just on Christmas but throughout the entire year. They will never ever know how grateful I am for them. They are the biggest blessing.

Christmas Eve night I spent time with my favorite guy and his family. It was FUN! 

This was the only photo from Tuesday night that I ended up with. Jenna is one of the prettiest ladies I've ever seen. Her makeup is perfect….ALL THE TIME. 

It was such a blast though hanging with them though. Super sad I don't have a picture with J. 

Oh wellll…..Maybe next year ;)

Christmas Day we always get up SUPER early and open gifts, my brother & I. After that we RUSH out of the house to get to my grandmommy and granddaddies house. We have breakfast {the best ever} then open gifts. After that we head to my Meme's for Lunch {the best ever} then we open gifts there too. Here are some photos from Christmas Day!

Over the Thanksgiving Holiday I took my meme for her first ever John & Jacob show. She fell in love. SO for her gift mom surprised her with a J&J tee. She LOVED. Of course she did, right? Love her. Love them. Love this.

Black Friday

Hey hey!!! Hope you all had a fantastic Thanksgiving. Mine was great....I am very thankful for the voice I normally have. I couldn't talk at all hardly. It's slowly coming back to me.

Black Friday was a lot of fun. This was the first year since I was 14 or 15 that I didn't tackle the madness. My mom and I got up earlyish and went shopping for my brother. 

We shopped in Leeds at Grand River. It was g o r g e o u s outside. 

Last night we went to see John & Jacob play at Workplay. B E S T SHOW. It was so much fun. I was lucky enough to have a nice little date. My Meme!

She took me for a ride in her nice little Red Thunderbird. I felt so special.

She absolutely {obviously} LOVED J&J. She just couldn't get over how great they are. I promised her if she went she wouldn't be disappointed. She just went on and on about their talent. 

OH also, did you notice how stunning she is?!? She's SO gorgeous!

My long time friend Stephy {stephanie} came too. It took a LOT of effort for her to get there and I know the show was worth all of her efforts! She seemed like she had a blast...and hey! She got a super cute picture out of it!

My friends from RH that I used to work with in Birmingham came out too! LOVED getting to see my Christmas & Mel-B. After the show we all went out and caught up on all of our new lives since we split ways. GEE I miss those two! Such a fun night!

Now I am DRAAAAGGGIIINNNNNGGGG hardcore this morning.

Inspiring. Weekend. Fun.

It is F R I D A Y my dear friends and I'm over-the-moon about that. As soon as I get out of work, I am heading to BIRMINGHAM. 

Fun fun FUN weekend ahead. My poppie & nanny are taking me to the Auburn Game, then later we are going to see those handsome john & jacob fellas.

Can't wait to see them:) makes me soooo very happy. 

The only thing I am worried about for the weekend is those auburn tigers....please please oh please let them win. Don't want to be in an ill mood after the game....I also don't want the rest of the fam to be ill either!!

I snapped a photo this week of something I wrote in my planner when I bought it. The first day I got it, I went through every month and wrote something to inspire me for that Month. This is the quote and boy oh boy did I need it. You know...at the end of the day, what is standing in my way of the things I love?!? I know that answer and its very simple. It's M E 

A very inspiring little lady commented on my photo and her comment is dead on.

Sweet lynds is right smack dab in the middle of a six or seven week travel all through Europe {completely solo on her own}, something that she has always DREAMED of doing. Shes just traveling, going with the flow. She took the first step and I'm pretty sure that first step for her was a gigantic and terrifying move. But, she did it anyway, and now she seems incredibly happy with the decision she made. 

Honestly this girl is so inspiring. Lyndsie, Keep on living it up in Europe! You're an amazing gal and I can't wait wait wait to hear all about your travels. I N S P I R I N G my dear. so so inspiring. <3

Last night two of my favorite guys came to visit me. They are currently still snoozing. I believe they are going to fish today! I hope they stop by and see me at work. They better!!! 

I just love that picture of us. My brother and I look so much alike in this picture. That doesn't happen too often.

Well, It's 7am and I'm sitting here without any makeup on, I have to pack for the ham and get these boys up all before 8! woooooo better go.

Weekend Wrap Up: BEACH TRIP!

Hey there!!! 

Well I'm Home {sadface}from F L O R I D A and it was gorgeous!

This past weekend was all about the BRIDE...soon to be MRS. ALYSSA TUCKER<3

We started our trip there on Friday and had almost all afternoon to lay on the beach! 

Every single time I would almost start to snooze away....attack of the killer biting flies! What in the world are these things? INSANE!!! As soon as my eyes would get heavy and I was about to go into a nice relaxing snooze, I would be bitten by at least 10 flies at once. It was horrible! I've been researching remedies to beat these bad boys. They will NOT ruin my next beach snooze!

We had two great nights out for dinner!

This trip was so relaxing. I just love my Alyssa's 

We had such a great time! Its been TOO long since I've gotten to spend any good quality time with Lyssa Lou. So it was so great to just catch up with her. 

Other Alyssa is so cute! Fun to talk to:) We all had such a great time just catching up on life. BOTH of them are in the middle of planning their weddings and I am at quite the opposite end of that spectrum. So it was fun to chat with them about being engaged, as well as talking about being single.

HAPPY MONDAY MY FRIEND!

That's the short story of a very short beach trip. I hate it couldn't have been longer.

So THURSDAY night...I was super bummed out I missed J play in Tuscaloosa. But his super great sister Jenna, was awesome enough to send me pictures and videos! Pretty cool huh? I think so;)

I had to miss the show because I was in Huntsville helping style models for the Alabama Fashion Alliance Fashion Weekend. It was such a blast and the girls looked gorgeous! Here a few snaps of them.

It was a fun drive for me. I LOVE driving and riding in the car. Some people think thats crazy, but whatever floats your boat right?

HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!!!

It's going to be a fun {and rainy} day.

Glad to have a day of relaxation....at least for a little bit.

I will be working on illustrations for a bit & doing school work.
