Friday & Change.

Anyone else GLAD it's Friday?!?!

this girl sure is.

I've had an awesome week holding the fort down without Faith.

Although, I must say I am ready for her to be back.

I've gotten a lot done though!

I still dont think that it has clicked yet that she is moving. I guess it will all set in on the day they pull out of the driveway. Oh sadness. I love this place. I love working here. I love them as individuals. They are such great people. I will definitely be visiting them as much as possible and hopefully continue to do work for Faith!

I am super excited about this new time in my life. I'm praying for God's direction and for a passion and drive for what I do that can only come from him. It's going to be so fun friends. 

I'm going to conquer today knowing that I am whole and complete in God. I lack nothing and I am insanely blessed with this life that I live.

Love Sunday

SUNDAY!!! It's finally here. My heart might explode today. Church. Family. Super Bowl. 
FUN DAY!!!

My saturday was freaking jam packed with some of my favorite people. I spent the majority of the day shopping away with my sweet mom, and our shopping buddies.

Mom and I did some damage in Sephora! FUN time.

Last night I went to watch Central Florida play Bama! The game was awesome. They fight so much and it definitely kept my attention from start to finish. My team {Florida} lost in overtime. I was Bummmmmmed out and not very happy. I was so invested ;) Two people that went with us were pulling for bama, me and the other two were pulling for Florida, so when it came down to the tie and me being completely competitive, the loss did not make me happy at all. Oh well...it was a hard fought game.

I can't wait to go to another Hockey Game!!! like SOON!

I'm off to get ready for church. Sundays are the best! Have I said that?!

Life Now.

Hello There!

Today I woke up in Birmingham. HOME. It's so weird to me when I think back over the last few years how my life has completely changed.

When I was in college {06-10} the city of Florence to me...well, it was just Florence, a place that I lived because thats where I went to school. It wasn't bad. It was just alright. Every Thursday after class I couldn't wait to hit the road home. Every. single. weekend. & yes, I put a ton of miles on my little Theodore Millie. When I graduated and moved back to the ham, if you were to ask me if I would ever live in Florence again, I would have definitely laughed in your face!! 

When I moved back to Florence in 2012, of course I was nervous. I'm an adult now. I wasn't just moving for school. This was going to be my residence....permanent residence, at least for a little while. It's amazing what your life can turn into when you completely trust God. God put me in Florence. There is no other explanation for it. My best friend got me a job, I moved in with her and my life changed drastically. I'm so thankful that France & I got so close after college. They say distance makes the heart grow fonder, in our friendship thats absolutely the truth. We got so close when I lived in Birmingham and my life wouldn't be at the point it is now if she wouldn't have talked me into packing it all up and moving in with her!

This time around living in Florence has changed my life. When I come to the ham now, of course I love being with my family, but there is such a huge part of me that I always find wondering if I'm missing out on any fun times in flotown while I am gone. I miss my friends. I miss my home. I miss a lot of things. After these last couple of months I've realized that I call this place home and it is. It's my home. Is it my home forever...my guess is NO! I'll go wherever God wants me. I know that if I wouldn't have trusted God with this journey, I wouldn't be able to say that. He's put the perfect people in my life, the perfect family away from family, the perfect church, and the best friends that I could have ever hoped for. The last six months of 2013 were the incredible and I can't wait to see what I am saying this time in a year. It's bright friends...very very bright!

I don't want to come off on my little space here like I have the perfect life. I have tough times, I have bad days. But for the most part my life is pretty perfect because I totally trust God with it, therefore there is absolutely nothing to worry about and he wants me to live my life to the fullest. So that's what I'm doing.

2013 favorite memories

Its on this day every single year that I realize HOLY SCHIKEY I had an amazingly BLESSED year!!! Its also on this day every year that I am super thankful for all of the photos I snap over the year. I've made so many memories during 2013 and all of my photos make my heart incredibly happy to look at. 

Walking out of work yesterday, we were joking around about the year. We all made the comment that 2013 was definitely NOT our favorite year of our lives. It wasn't. It hasn't. and now its over with. Just quickly thinking about 2013 I'm immediately B L A H about it. I feel like I didnt accomplish anything. I didnt help anyone. I didnt do anything for the good. I didn't move forward in anything I just was STUCK the whole year it seems. Until just recently. Thank GOD he has the big picture of my life and knows what is ahead. That's EXACTLY why I trust him with everything. However after looking back through my pictures I quickly realized that I obviously take things for granted. I've had an absolutely i n c r e d i b l e year.

I had trip after trip after trip, Florida, Charlotte, Atlanta, Nashville, etc. 

God put me in a church that has changed my entire view on people and life as a whole, 

I got settled into my own little place here, 

 God gave me a brand new group of friends that mean more to me than anything,

 I got to spend a good amount of time with J. Not as much as  I would love, but ill gladly take whatever time with him I can get.

I Handyfested hard! 

My BEST FRIEND got flipping ENGAGED. 

I was MAID OF HONOR for my two best friends at the SAME TIME. whoaaaa! 

Lyssa Lou got married to the man of her dreams.

 I got to see the Auburn Tigers play.

 I saw John & Jacob play a lot! 

Had lots of Family time! 

I was gifted my absolute favorite striped shirt. 

I got to be Zorro for a night. 

I got a new oil changing and weekend music listening pal. 

I worked my tush off with my best friend at PSI

I got offered a new job that I am head over heels about. 

I got lots of Adam family time. 

I went to the rockin-est Christmas Party ;)

My bham friends came and stayed in Flo with me!

SO many good good good things happened in 2013 and I am ashamed for a second I thought otherwise. 

SO excited though to see where I go in 2014!!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR loves.

I'm off to Huntsville for a celebration with my best friend and lots of other people!

A Freaking BLESSED Weekend

Saturday was one of the most FUN and RELAXING Saturdays I've had in a while. I loved every decimal of a second of it. 

I spent the entire day with people that mean a whole lot to me and make my days so happy.

My parents were in town for the day but had to rush home to take care of my sweet bubba who had been hit by the disgusting tummy bug. Poor Bubba. So after they left I got dressed and went to Rivertown to sip on coffee, warm up from the FREEZING weather, catch up on emails that had piled up over the busy week, and plan ahead for this week! Justin joined me a little bit after I had been there. We chatted. Talked about cool brands and some other things. Then we hit up the Panera since RT was out of those delicious Bran muffins that I love so much. 

Then....it was FOOTBALL time. Justin is from Springfield, Missouri soooo naturally he is a Mizzou fan. Sad enough for him, his team lost and the AU tigers won. Weagle Weagle ;)

This is one of the greatest souls I know. Just saying.

After the game...and a few nerf wars between The guys Shay and Emi, we decided to give a new Pizza Place in DT Florence a Try. The Pie Factory. The food was good and the place was a Great atmosphere, BUT I think there were a few things they should have perfected before opening. But overall it was a great place! Lets hope they work out all of the new business kinks soon so it will stay super cool. 

Had a blast spending time with these ladies. They are gems. Don't think they know how much I love that they are in my life. 

Paul & Will were there too...I just didn't creep any pictures of them. So sorry guys. Just know I love you none the less. <3

This afternoon I got to spend time with my new boss, Faith. She and I went to Sugarplum Marketplace. She did some Christmas Shopping and I walked out with a little Jar of Pepper Jelly! YUM. It was the only thing I think I couldnt live without.

This weekend was SO needed and I loved it so much. I have the greatest friends anyone could hope for. I do NOT take their friendship for granted. I am super thankful for each one of them. 

P.S. I got Some WONDERFUL photos from Frannie Mae & Brentys Coulpes shower...that was totally a big extravagant AWESOME party. The best party ever! So fun. Love you sweet couple!!!  I will post photos tomorrow.

I am ending the day with a little bit of Panther Football. Lets GO Panthers!
