FAITH!!

This lady has inspired me and impacted my life more than she will ever know. Her drive and love for what she does is so inspiring. A year ago almost to the date, I was working in Florence absolutely miserable. I hated my job and dreaded work every. single. day. and that's just me being completely transparent and honest about that.

God definitely MADE our paths cross and it was exactly when I needed it the most. He used a precious angel named Hope that recommended me to Faith without even knowing my current work situation. At the time Faith wanted only a part time worker, and I had to have a full time job, so begrudgingly I had no other choice but to tell her that I wasn't interested. Long story short, Faith and I ended up chatting again a month or so later about her needing someone even more so than before and I was seriously just ridiculously miserable where I was and was ready to bolt!!

Everything that happened, happened exactly when it was supposed to and I'm insanely thankful for that. 

I never knew that when I started working for Faith that my college-burned out passion for photography would

be rekindled. I never knew that when I started working for her that I could obtain so much knowledge in a years time. I never knew that I would gain another family that I know loves me and appreciates me. I never knew that I would discover my dream job and I never knew that my work would be appreciated so much. 

My favorite thing that I have learned since working for Faith {and her husband} is that hard work pays off. Faith and Dan are two of the hardest working human beings I have ever met. I love that when you yourself are a hard worker and you work for hard workers that your work is truly appreciated and not taken for granted simply because they KNOW exactly what hard work is!!! 

THANK YOU so much Faith for having such a positive impact on my life. I am so so thankful for you. You were never a boss to me. You are a role model, an inspiration, my biggest mentor and one of my closest friends!

I love you sweet lady and hope your day is FANTASTIC!!!!

A Birthday Trip to Nashville

Hi hi!!!

Tuesday night, My mom and I, along with my Cousin Alyssa, my Aunt Deneen, and her sister Joan, all took a fun little overnight trip to Nashville. It was a full day of celebrating my Aunts 50th Birthday!! 

I am only 6 months older than Alyssa! So, ever since we were teeny tiny, up until we went to separate high schools we were attached at the hip. Although we went to separate schools, and both formed fun lives away from each other, Lyssa Lou will always be one of my closest girlfriends, and someone I know I can go to and talk to when I need anything!!! I say all of this to say that any chance I get to spend time with them, I take it! They are seriously a bunch of goofballs and make me laugh so hard. My mom and my Aunt Deneen are really NO GOOD for each other. 

Anyway, here are a few photos from out fun little and short trip. 

We basically just roamed around Nashville for a little bit. My aunt hadn't ever been so that's what she wanted to do for her Birthday...totally fine by me:)

We stayed a few hours downtown until we were hungry! Then we made our way to the Loveless Cafe! So goooooooood. After that we drove to Franklin. I wanted them to see how f a n t a s t i c it is there. I'm seriously in love with that adorable town. gee I want to move NOW! After Franklin, we stopped for coffee and then made our way back to Alabama! It really was a fun fun trip. Gee though....those two sisters are the biggest worriers on the planet I do believe. haha. R E L A X a little ;)

I loved getting to spend time with them! I loved spending time with Lyssa Lou. I loved spending time with my momsie. Gee! such a good time.

Birthday Week

Hi there.

I am keeping my Baby Gyspster Marie this week. 

So the end of my Birthday week is coming to a close. It's been a fun week as a whole. Going to Nashville and learning from Scott Kelby was definitely a top highlight of the week. The man is super talented, knows his stuff, is Insanely well traveled and is absolutely hilarious. I learned & laughed all at the same time all day on Tuesday. Since Tuesday, I haven't stopped thinking about learning and learning and learning more.

BUT I must say my absolute f a v o r i t e part of the week was on Wednesday! Faith did a shoot of me along with my Momma. It was way way way too much fun! I love shoots!!! They are probably one of the very top things I love about my job.  Being behind the camera on a shoot is insanely exhausting!! I knew that part all too well...but I really had no idea how exhausting it is to be on the other side, in front!! 

It was the first time that Faith & my Mom had ever met. I kept telling both of them that they would be trouble together because they are WAY too much alike. So I already knew that those two would have a blast together. We all three laughed and cut up all afternoon. Seriously it was such a fun day and made my birthday week so so special to me!

My actual birthday, well....that day was just weird and I won't get into that. 

Overall its been a really fun, blessed, awesome, adventurous week. 

26 is off to a  l o v e l y start!!

1. My name is Brianna. Pronounced...Bri - ANNA. Not Bri - ONNA. See Below.

2. I love loving on people and showing them the perfect and beautiful love of God. 

3. HUGE family girl. L o v e those crazy fun people.

4. One of my b i g g e s t Pet Peeves is the pronunciation of my name. Anna Anna Anna, its Bri-ANNA.

5. I'm a professional weekend traveler.

6. The best compliment is when someone notices that something seems different about me. Can I just say, it's not a secret. You can have the same joyful life that I have. Curious?? ask me, Ill gladly share my secret. 

7. I'm freakishly discerning

My vacation with the family was soooo needed and so great!

We had the best time.

Here's our week in a nutshell. We slept. We got super tan. We ate. We celebrated my dad's Birthday. We shopped. We celebrated my parent's Anniversary. We met fun new people. We smiled a lot. We laughed a lot. We watched Hockey...GO KINGS. We swam with a shark. We went Paddle Boarding. We walked. We talked. We swam. We danced. We people watched. and stayed up to the wee hours of the mornings. 

I love my family. I love our time together. There is never a dull moment.

I can't W A I T to go back for a few days in July.
