Music Midtown Recap!

Hey hey!!!

This past weekends trip to Atlanta with Wilbert was a blast!

We left out early on Friday Morning, grabbed some coffee, and hit the road for Georgia. If you dont know who Will is...He has been my best guy pal since 7th grade.

We even went to college together!

As soon as we got to Atlanta, we stopped at Home Grown for some delicious food!!!

After stuffing our faces, it was time to do something that was part of the plan for this trip  from the very beginning. And that thing was get new tattoos.

Sooooo we did just that!

I have been wanting the So Worth Loving Logo on me for a couple of years now

Soooo. Basically my phone was dead for most of the two days that we were there. So, needless to say my photo collection is very slim. 

All of the Artists were A m a z i n g

It's hard to say who my favorite was. 

I absolutely love Lorde so seeing her at midtown only made me love her even more. 

John Mayer of course was amazing as well as Jack White.

I loved seeing Eminem...it took me straight back to high school days. So many memories. 

I got a few videos of Eminem, but no photos.

I did however, get to see Eminem perform while feeling like a tall person and actually being able to see. It was pretty nice but also a little scary being up so high.

I loved loved loved getting our tattoos. It was so much fun. 

I think Wilbert had just as much fun as I did. 

To end the trip, we had Brunch with Will's brother Collin!!!

We ate at this place called R. Thomas!

It was such a neato restaurant. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was on point.

After eating with Collin, it was time for the drive back to Alabama. We just enjoyed the beautiful weather and good tunes on the way back!

I can't wait to go back to Midtown next year. It was crazy fun and worth every cent I spent. 

I hope your weekend was half as fun as mine and Wills.

This weekend coming I am OVER-THE-MOON about getting here.

Apparently someone lives for the weekends.

Music Midtown Trip!

Hi hi!!!

This weekend is going to way too much fun. 

My best guy pal {William} and I will be having a three day road trip to Atlanta.

Music Midtown is happening on Friday and Saturday. We are 

B E Y O N D excited!!

We have been waiting and waiting on this weekend to get here for what seems like forever. We are seeing some really great artists! Despite the horrible schedule, we both know that this trip will be one for the books. 

Here are a few of the artist that we can't wait to see!

I'm so excited about the lineup for Friday! However, the scheduling is a little whack. Jack White & John Mayer are at the same time. WHY? Makes absolutely Z E R O since. Also, Iggy & Lorde overlap. No. Crazy. Stupid.

I am sure it is very very hard to do the scheduling for an event like this, but really?? When MM released the times a few weeks ago, social media blew up over the conflicts. Not good. I think everyone has cooled off a little now. I'm still just as excited to go, just annoyed that I'm having to CHOOSE between John & Jack, Iggy & Lorde.

Saturday is a pretty great lineup too! I'm just really excited for a fun trip. I'm excited to hang out with Will all weekend. I hope I can keep up with his crazy high metabolism. 

Tonight Mel B & and I are doing a little shopping so I can start getting everything ready. I will be back for a post on what I get on my shopping trip tonight!

The Weekend.

Oh...there is only an hour left in Monday. Actually less than that now.

My life is flying by!!!

So this weekend was pretty freaking fun. 

AHHHHMAZING actually. 

It consisted of Gypster Cuddles. Good Clothes. Jordan. Chick Fil A. Birmingham. Wish I Was Here. Good People. Wilbert. Mel B. Chris. New Friend Bethany. Her Friend Amanda. Giant Jenga. A Florence Trip and Back to the Ham within a few hours. Scrubs. How I Met Your Mother. A late night trip to McDonalds. 

& it ended with a super early trip to Jacks for Breakfast. 

A gooooood weekend and the only complaint as always, it wasn't long enough. 

So working today I was definitely definitely sleepy. 

My Monday ended with a great Yoga class taught by my Favorite Instructor!!

It is only

until my sweet best friend marries the man of her dreams.

It's getting so real.

in only one short week, we will begin the setting up process.

I'm so happy. SO HAPPY.

My Frannie Mae Mae has been dreaming of this day for a long while now.

I am so thankful that I have had the chance to be such a big part in her and Brenty's Day.

She's going to be the most stunning bride on the face of the planet.

eeeeek! NINE days away....it just seems like yesterday, we were jumping up and down like two year olds on the day after she had gotten engaged. That was now nine months ago. 

Why is it that time seems to fly during the most important events in your life?!

How's everything going this week? We are on the downward slope of it! WOOHOO.

Last night I had the best time planning and brainstorming with this guy.

It was a s m a r t & c r e a t i v e couple of hours.

So my week thus far has been full or workouts, WORKING, and creative brainstorming!

What more could a determined girl ask for?
