Buffalo Chicken Dip

Oh dear, so sorry I missed the creative share post last night!

I had a busy night with GREAT church friends.

It blows my mind to think about all of the amazing friends & people that God has placed in my life since I have moved back to Birmingham. I completely LOVE every single person that God has given me. I'm so Blessed!

So, a few of the new people that I have been able to spend time with and get to know since I've moved back home, is the Worley family! They're a fantastic little Family that lives in Georgia. They are relatives down the line and one of my cousins just made the move to Georgia. So, we have beenmaking Last weekend when I was in Georgia we had a feast of food the entire weekend. Anyway, one of the recipes that we had during the Bama Vs. LSU game was a dip! super spicy, hot, and delicious.

BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

INGREDIENTS

2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup Ranch dressing

3/4 cup HOT sauce (such as Texas Pete)

1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS

Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly

Serve the dip with anything that you would like!

Suggestions: Pita Chips, Tortilla Chips with a hint of Lime, Black Bean Corn Chips, Fritos, Chicken Flavor Crackers, Wheat thins, etc. etc. etc.

Trust me this dip is AWESOME and definitely keep a drink close by! It's very very spicy!

I'm staying home tonight & chilling with little Lydie bug!

tootles for now.

I am seriously so sad that we didn't get to hang out. I was looking forward to it all weekend. Maybe sometime this winter we can spend the day in Birmingham and shop and stuff? That sounds fun to me! I miss you and I love you! xx
