Chocolate Molten Cake

Its the middle of the week and Im finally getting back into the swing of reality.

It is taking me much long than expected!

Since this weeks posts are pretty much dedicated to cruise memories, this weeks CREATIVE SHARE also, does just that.

Every single dinner was amazing. I love fancy food, and each dinner was so carefully created and the looks were definitely not deceiving.

To celebrate my Graduation,

Our lovely little waiters sang "Happy Graduation" to me, and gave me a delicious little desert....Chocolate Molten Cake!

So here is a delish recipe for your creative share wednesday!

CHOCOLATE MOLTEN CAKE

Ingredients

8 ounces plus 6 tablespoons butter
10 ounces bittersweet chocolate
6 yolks
6 eggs
3 cups
powdered sugar
1 cup flour

Directions

Melt the chocolate and butter together. Cool slightly. Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, whisk together the yolks and eggs then mix in the powdered sugar. Whisk this into the chocolate mixture then whisk in the flour. Fill 12 greased 4-ounce foil tins with the batter and refrigerate until ready to bake, or bake immediately. Bake in a preheated 450 degree F oven for 5 to 6 minutes from cold, or 4 to 5 minutes from room temperature. Turn out of tins immediately onto the plate.

SO delicious!

I will have many other cruise posts as soon as I finish up with the photo uploads....it seems to be taking a while!
