So I figure for creative share I would share
SWEET POTATO FRIES
from the lovely Sandra Lee.

INGREDIENTS
2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled
1 tablespoon Canola oil
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon low-sodium chili seasoning

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400degrees. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and set aside.
Cut potatoes in half, then lengthwise, and even smaller to about 1/2 inch sized fries.
In a lare bowl, combine sweet potatoes, oil, pumpkin spice, chili seasoning. Toss the fries until they're coated.
Spread onto baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes or so.

I stumbled upon this really adorable Recipe Box Tutorial.
I'm totally going to make this.
