Creative share!

Hi Hi Hi!!!
Oh my goodness
that long holiday weekend really got me confused on which day of the week it is.
I've been thinking all day that it was tuesday
and yesterday, I totally missed my usual top two tuesday post...that stinks!!

So today
I want to share with you one of my FAVORITE FAVORTIE southern recipes
The reason I'm sharing it
is because I shared with My future mommy-in-law today, and she cooked it for supper tonight

CHICKEN CASSEROLE

[1 2 3 4]

Very very few ingredients but OH SO YUMMY!

Ingredients:
2 cans all white meat chicken [drained]
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 large carton of Sour Cream
Ritz Crackers
optional: black pepper and salt

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, mix together the chicken, cream of chicken soup, & sour cream together. Add pepper and salt if you like.
Take a sleeve of ritz crackers and crunch them up!!
line the bottom of a casserole dish with the craskers.
Now pour the mixture from the bowl on top of the crackers.
Top the mixture with another layer of ritz crackers!
Place thin slices of butter on top of the crackers for a little extra butter taste.

Bake the casserole for a short amount of time, just until the cracker topping begins to brown!!

This is one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE dishes!
I love it and its so southern!
stop by trendy treehouse!!!!!
tootles
my weeks been crazy!

mmmmm this sounds so easy and so good! you got my tummy grumbling! so I'm playing catch up from my crazy weeks... so please forgive me for getting back to you so late! *doing a happy dance for your internship* I love editing photos! I could sit and work in photoshop and any other program for that matter all day long... well of course, I'd also like to get out and take the pictures first. :)

I also caught a glimpse of your crazy, awesome mad painting skills! Beautiful colors and love your style.

hope you have a fabulous rest of the week!

xoxo,
Bonnie

This is just MY type of recipe! I'm also teaching my children how to cook and this one is perfect for that.
