 TOP TWO TUESDAY TIME!

This week, Top Two is all about Women Artists. 

This weekend, I saw a movie, and it made me miss reading, reading, and reading; learning learning and learning art history.

I LOVE learning about artist in the past and how art has evolved to what we know of it today. 

Its so Inspiring. 

But anyway,

Women, Art , & Society was one of my favorite courses I studied. Such an amazing course.

My art history professor is an amazing woman. So knowledgeable, and tough on her students! 

So My TOP TWO 

WOMEN ARTIST are

NUMBER ONE

Sonia Delaunay

Delaunay is known for bringing Lyricism to high fashion.

Her work was printed on fabrics which made the pieces come to life! GAH! she's my idol and a genius.

COMPLETELY IN LOVE.

NUMBER TWO

Miriam Schapiro

Known for the creation of what she called FEMMAGE.

Cant WAIT to get out my Art History books:)

Who are YOUR two favorite women artist?

It really is an interesting and amazing thing to learn about.
