I know I know....but I really have an EXCUSE.

Okay my dearest friends.
I really do have an excuse for being COMPLETELY MIA this weekend.

Here's the rundown of how that went.

Friday...the day portion of it WAS TERRIBLE.
Really, one of the most terrible day's I think I have honestly ever had.
After the really terrible part of the day,
It was time for some TRAVEL....WORK TRAVEL!
I drove the IKP go-cart [mini-van] as Keri calls it,
to Athen's [about an hour away from Florence] to pick up a girl I work with, Keri.

We hit I-65 and headed SOUTH to the great city of Mobile, Alabama.
It was the quickest drive ever to Mobile.
it took us about six hours....not too long, but definitely long enough.
It was LOADS of fun Traveling.
Good quiet thinking time, was something that I REALLY DESPERATELY needed after
that terrible day I had just had.
and the thinking really helped. I still have LOADS to figure out, but with God's help I know I'll get there.

We got to Mobile at about 11 or so on Friday night,
Immediately hit the hay,
to wake up only a few short hours later at FIVE A.M.

we had to be in Semmes, Alabama by 6:30.
YES that's way too early after a long night of traveling, even for this early bird.
THE WORK DAY WAS SOOOO LONG, to say they least.
FUN, A BLAST, but LONG.
from 6:30a.m. to 10:30p.m.
YEP. LONG.
and fun.

Here are some photos I took with my phone throughout the day.

the IKP trailer

My view pretty much ALL day, other than my quick runs to the bathroom,
The circle K, or to Subway.
I know, it looks somewhat like an electrical hazard,
but It's perfectly safe. PROMISE.

Cute little cheerleaders entertained Keri and I with a few cheers,
like "Bang Bang Choo-Choo Train", and "Show us how to get down"

and There were little Football players running around EVERYWHERE.
so soooo fun.

I was completely WIPED out, and if I was, I can't imagine what our photographers felt like.
They did an Awesome job though.
got some AWESOME AWESOME shots.
check out the site....[IMAGES KEPT PHOTOGRAPHY]

Keri and I had a midnight trip to the Waffle House last night.
It was quite good too.
Then we slept like Babies.

We got up this morning, and hit the road full force ahead.
got home REALLY quick.
Now, Im ready for some much needed relaxation, before tomorrow.

One last thing before I split for church,
My work as well as my fellow GRADUATING classmates work will be opening in our
GRADUATION EXHIBITION
tomorrow...Im ecstatic.

Here is my little nest of work.
I will have MANY MORE and much better quality photos from our reception that is on the 18th!

Sorry dear friends, I sure did miss you while I was gone.
How was your weekend?

tootles for now
