Bud's Best Butterfinger Cookie Cupcakes

This weekend,
MikeMike's church had their FALL PICNIC
which I always ALWAYS LOVE

Who doesn't LOVE a picnic
especially in GORGEOUS weather.

I made some super duper fun and CUTE cupcakes!
So for this CREATIVE SHARE WEDNESDAY,
I thought I would share the
OH SO VERY CUTENESS

Plus, Their ItsyBitsy ::which is always even cuter right!??::
and and and
BUD's BEST COOKIES are AWESOME!

Little Note: I must just share with you something first. Bud's Best Cookies hold a REALLY special place in my heart. When I see them, they NEVER fail to remind me of a very VERY gorgeous and special lady who passed away at a A WAY TOO early age.
My Friend Heather's Gorgeous Mom, Mrs. Penny!!
They remind me of her because one of the last "field trips" I went on during school, she drove the bus.
and through the entire field trip through the factory, we rode this adorable little train through the tour.
Mrs. Penny and I sat at the Caboose:)
So, these cookies ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS make me think of her.
Love you and miss you pretty lady.

BUD's BEST BUTTERFINGER COOKIE CUPCAKES.

INGREDIENTS
1 Box Cake mix
[White, Yellow,Vanilla, French Vanilla, or Chocolate...take your pick!]
1 or 2 Bags of Bud's Best BUTTERFINGER Cookies
1 container of vanilla icing [or chocolate]

DIRECTIONS
First things first Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
Now, take the Bag of BBcookies and CRUNCH CRUNCH CRUNCH them into crumbles!
It's FUN:)
Prepare the cake mix according to the directions on the package.
Before you add the batter to the cupcake tins, Add a CUP and 1/2 of the crumbles to the cake batter
Also before adding the batter to the MINI CUPCAKE TIN,
put a few sprinkles of cookie crumbles to the bottom of each cupcake tin.
after that, pour in the batter filling all 24 mini tins

Pop those babies into the oven
for about 30 minutes.
[may take shorter time because they are mini cupcakes]
just keep a close eye on them.

Now be patient, and let them COOL.

COMPLETELY!!!!

Ice the top with a cute swirl of icing.
I like to leave the edge of the cake showing.
I think its a nice little contrasting touch.
Plus if you do a variety of flavors it helps to decipher which is which.

Finally, take each cupcake, and literally DIP the top of the icing in the REMAINING cookie Crumbs.
This is EASY, and MESS FREE!!

Well, That's it for BUD's BEST BUTTERFINGER COOKIE MINI CUPCAKES!
Hope you give them a try
and REMEMBER there is a VARIETY of Cookie flavors.
SO put a twist and try different things!
