As you all know I am in Florida,
and if your family is like my family, we like to have something that's a quick and easy
go-to lunch.
SOOO my clever aunt fixed something really REALLY tasty and easy.
It's also one of those things that, the longer [as in a few days long, not like months long] it sits in the fridge,  the more tasty it becomes, because the flavors really mingle together.

TRI COLOR Italian Chicken Pasta!
 Here's what you need
[enough for a LARGE family...for a couple of days]

   Tri Color Pasta
[two boxes]

Red Onion
[One chopped]
Oscar Mayer's Chicken Strips
[Three Packages]

Feta Cheese Crumbles
[Two Packages]

Zesty Italian Dressing
[1/2 the bottle]

Not too many ingredients!
their are other brand options that can make this recipe a little bit easier on the wallet.

SO HERE'S WHAT TO DO:

Get the noodles on the stove to boil.
While they are cooking away,
Sautee the Chicken Strips, and onions together in a pan.
When the noodles are finished cooking, and have been drained, combine the Chicken and onion into the noodles.
Pour in the feta, along with the Italian dressing, and WAHLAHHHH
FINISHED!

In all honestly, I am NOT at all a big Pasta fan, but I really REALLY liked this.
you can eat it either cold or hot.

I also, LOVE TOMATOES, so I cut a few tomato slices, and topped those with the colorful and tasty pasta.
It was delicious.
A MUST TRY!!!

SO happy Wednesday lovely readers.

P.s. Thanks BUNCHES Aunt Stacey for your wonderful contribution to this post!

 OH and one last thing
I got a rather odd text last night from who I am assuming is a regular reader of mine.
I'm not texting back because I am assuming you aren't a verizon wireless customer and you're not "in" with the network hahaha, sorry about that.
I'm not sure how you got my cell number, but in reply to your text I LOVE the scribble hearts on my photos.
They make me happy and I hope yours make you happy too!
