color, color, and more color

Two things that are rather similar,
yet are Drastically DRASTICALLY different!!

The story I'm trying to get to is
Today in my watercolor class
We were assigned something that at the time seemed so elementary

We were asked to take three colors &
create 8 color swatches of each color going from the lightest shade to the darkest.

Peice of Pie right?!!??.....
Eeenkkkk WRONG.

Holy Moly
It was by far the hardest thing I've done in a whileeeeee
